Can guests tell it's AI?

No. Arri is trained on your last 200 messages and your top 30 reviews before she sends a single word. She writes in your voice, references your property details, and adapts to each guest's tone. In our pilots, zero guests flagged it.

What if Arri gets something wrong?

Every message is a draft. Nothing sends without your one-tap approval — ever. If you edit a draft, Arri learns from the correction. And if a guest situation escalates beyond messaging (a lockout, a claim, a compliance issue), a human on our team in Phoenix takes over the call.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You keep everything — your message history, your owner reports, your claim records. We export a full archive in a format your next tool can read. We delete our copy within 30 days. Month-to-month means month-to-month.

How long does onboarding take?

Two hours on-site for the readiness visit. Then 2–3 business days for Arri to ingest your history, learn your voice, and map your properties. By day 5, she's drafting live messages for your approval.

Does Arri work with my PMS?

Yes. Arri connects to Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com directly. She also integrates with Hospitable, Guesty, OwnerRez, and Hostaway — so your channel manager stays in place. We handle the wiring.

What about multi-language guests?

Arri detects the guest's language from their first message and replies in the same language — still in your brand voice. Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, and Mandarin are production-ready today. Others on request.

How does the pilot work if I'm not happy?

The $99 private-beta pilot runs on 3 real properties for 30 days. If the before-and-after metrics don't show clear time savings and review improvement, we refund the full amount. No negotiation, no partial credit — full refund.

Do I lose control of my guest communication?

The opposite. Every draft sits in a queue until you approve it. You can edit any message before it sends, set rules for auto-send on routine replies, and escalate anything to a human. You have more control than you do today — you just spend less time exercising it.

Who is the human on-call?

A real person on our operations team in Phoenix. Not a call center, not a contract worker. Someone who knows your properties, has met you at the kickoff, and can make judgment calls during a lockout or a guest emergency at 3am. You'll have their direct number.

How does Arri handle Aircover claims?

When damage is reported, Arri assembles the photo evidence, builds a timestamped narrative from cleaner and guest messages, and files the claim through Aircover or Safely within the 14-day window. You review the package before submission. Average claim assembly: 12 minutes vs. the 3–4 hours most hosts spend.

What if I only have 15 units — is that too small?

Arri is built for 40–400 units, but we've piloted with portfolios as small as 20. If you're under 40 and growing, the pilot is a good way to see if the economics work at your scale. If they don't, we'll tell you honestly.

Won't ChatGPT eat this in six months?

No — it'll make us better. ChatGPT sells a tool; you still have to write the prompts, build the workflow, catch the edge cases, and own the claim when Aircover denies it. We sell the finished work. Every model upgrade makes our delivery cheaper while your bill stays flat. The better the models get, the better this deal gets for you.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Month-to-month after the pilot. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We keep your data archived for 30 days after cancellation so you can export, then we delete. No termination fees, no clawbacks, no games.
